Coach Tommy Leach has been named Head Football Coach of Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Over 25 years of coaching has prepared him to be our Head Football Coach. Coach Leach has coached in some of California’s and the Nation’s top football programs, he has beaten some of the Nation’s top teams. He has coached and helped develop some of the nation’s best players. As a head coach his teams have made 5(4 straight) semi-final appearances in 8 years, 3 CIF championship finals in 8 years, and 1 CIF Championship at Chaparral High School in 2009 beating Centennial (Semi-Finals) and Vista Murrieta (Championship). Coach Leach has a playoff record of 14 wins and 5 losses. Many of his former players have earned scholarships to the nation’s best Universities and he has players who played in the NFL, CFL, and AFL. Some of his former players are doctors, lawyers, teachers, college coaches, law enforcement officers, fire-fighters, and great men in their communities.

As a football program we have an opportunity to achieve great things and develop great relationships. Like a family, a great community, and a great nation our whole program will grow accomplish amazing things if we are united. I am looking forward to many great years at Eleanor Roosevelt High School and the many relationships my family and I will build.”
